Starting out of college as a child care counselor for St. Joseph’s Home for Children which was followed by 12 years as an educational director of a local church. For the past 8 years my full-time profession has been as an educational speaker and entertainer.

Program #1 “The Magic Of Your Potential”
My first option has been one of my most popular
programs for many years. It’s called “The Magic
Of Your Potential”, and it is available in any
length up to 90-minutes. This presentation, which
works wonderfully well as a “keynote” speech,
stresses the overall message that teachers DO
make a difference in the lives of the kids. Here
are the main topics I cover during this fun and
engaging program:
1. Every child has potential! Don’t give up on any student.
2. Your job as a teacher is incredibly important.
3. It’s not what’s happened in the past that matters but what you do in the future that counts!
During “The Magic Of Your Potential", I illustrate these points by telling my own story of how a teacher believed in me when no one else did and how this person literally changed my life.
Here’s an important point: Many motivational speakers just get a group fired up, but when I give a presentation, I want to give my audiences specific “tools” that they can use to change their lives. With that in mind, during the program, I also cover my 7-point success “system” that is suitable for your teachers to use in working with and teaching their students. My 7-point success system is easy to understand, easy to use and can and will change lives.
On a personal note, I firmly believe that teaching is the most important job in the world and I stress this throughout “The Magic Of Your Potential”.

Learn some simple and effective strategies I refer
to them as “imprint techniques” from my book,
“The Wizard in the Classroom”. The key to making
your lesson plan magical is to have some special
tools to capture the kids interest. That is exactly

Finally my presentation the top 10 ways to motivate students....and yourself! Some simple ideas to stimulate your own creativity and as a result create clever and new ways to motivate kids in the classroom.
